Tactical Terms of Service
By accessing the Eagle Arena tactical hub and deploying at our stations, you agree to follow the standard combat protocols and field regulations outlined below. Failure to comply may result in immediate mission termination or permanent discharge.
1. Gear Usage Protocol
All operatives are responsible for the specialized gaming gear assigned to their station during the mission duration. This includes consoles, high-performance PCs, controllers, and communications gear (headsets).
- Intentional structural damage to gear will result in full repair fees and a blacklist from future deployments.
- Report any pre-existing gear malfunctions to command (Staff) immediately upon deployment.
- Stations must be cleared of all tactical debris (trash) before mission completion.
2. Field Conduct & Hierarchy
Professional behavior is mandatory inside the theater of operations. High-level sportsmanship ensures a top-tier experience for all operatives.
- Zero Tolerance: Harassment, discriminatory language, or physical aggression towards other operatives or command staff.
- Fair Play: Use of unauthorized system hacks, external exploits, or neural inhibitors in competitive tournaments is strictly prohibited.
- Environment: Keep noise levels within authorized tactical limits to respect the focus of neighboring operatives.
3. Mission Credits & Redeems
Allocating mission credits (Payment) ensures your designated time slot is secured within the arena.
- Bookings: Prepaid bookings are locked. Arrive 10 minutes prior to deployment for synchronization.
- Refunds: Tactical aborts (cancellations) made 24 hours prior to deployment are eligible for full credit return. Late aborts may incur a logistics fee.
- Battle Points: BP values are determined by command and are non-transferable between operative profiles.
4. Command Authority
Eagle Arena Command reserves the right to terminate any mission, at any time, if field protocols are breached. Security systems (CCTV) are active throughout the arena to ensure safety and protocol compliance.
