Privacy Protocol
At Eagle Arena, our mission is to provide an elite gaming experience while ensuring your tactical intelligence (data) remains classified and secure. This protocol outlines how we harvest, encrypt, and deploy your information within our theater of operations.
1. Tactical Data Harvest
We collect essential operative data during your enlistment and field deployments:
- Operative Profile: Name, secure communication channels (Email/Phone), and age verification.
- Mission Logs: Booking history, game preferences, and duration of deployments.
- Battle Metrics: Accumulated Battle Points (BP), rank progress, and achievement milestones.
- Network Intel: Standard IP addresses and session data for system security and audit purposes.
2. Cipher Security & Storage
Your data is stored on high-security encrypted arrays. We utilize industry-standard TLS encryption for all tactical transmissions and hash-based protocols for mission-critical credentials like passwords.
3. Strategic Intelligence Usage
We deploy gathered intelligence only for the following mission objectives:
- Facilitating station bookings and ensuring seamless theater entry.
- Transmitting mission alerts (Booking confirmations and notifications).
- Calculating and distributing Battle Points and ranking rewards.
- Analyzing network load to optimize arena performance during peak combat hours.
4. Operative Rights
Every Operative has the right to access their data registry or request a full tactical decommission (account deletion). Such requests can be initiated through the Command Terminal or by contacting high-level support.
5. External Mercenary Groups
We do not sell your intelligence to third-party marketing syndicates. Data sharing is limited to essential strategic partners (e.g., payment gateways) required to process mission credits.
