Operational Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for enlisting with eaglearena.lk. We prioritize your tactical readiness and strive to provide the elite gear you deserve. If a deployment fails or your gear is compromised, Command is here to assist.

1. Mission Returns (Equipment)

We accept returns of tactical gear within 07 mission cycles (days) from the date of acquisition. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, uncompromised condition and packaging. Used or battle-worn gear will not be accepted into the inventory.

2. Transaction Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned gear, you will be notified of the status. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment node. Note that logistical shipping charges incurred during the initial deployment are non-refundable.

3. Tactical Exchanges

Should you require an exchange for a different size, color, or specification, contact Command Support within 07 days. We will provide instructions for your logistical repositioning.

4. Restricted Non-Returnable Intel

Certain tactical assets are restricted from return or refund:

• Gift cards (Tactical Credits)
• Downloadable software & digital codes
• Personalized or custom-made tactical gear
• Perishable goods

5. Damaged or Defective Gear

In the unfortunate event that your gear arrives damaged or defective, alert Command immediately. We will arrange a prioritized replacement or initiate a refund based on tactical availability.

6. Logistical Shipping

The operative is responsible for logistical costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to a Command error (e.g., wrong gear shipped). In such cases, a prepaid tactical shipping label will be provided.

7. Processing Cycles

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 07 business cycles after Command receives the returned asset. Processing time by your financial node may vary.
